Removable Insulation Blankets

Giles provides a wide array of specialty services, one of which is our Removable Insulation Blankets or commonly known as “pads”. Our Pads are custom designed and fabricated to meet our client’s specific needs whether it be heat conservation, personnel protection or process efficiency. Our Pads are designed to allow easy access to regularly serviceable items, such as Flanges, Valves, Pumps, Manways, and Vessel Heads. Since our Pads are custom designed and made with the highest quality materials and closure systems, they are able to withstand any temperature range and the most demanding environments that mother nature can throw at them.

The value of having Pads in lieu of hard cover Insulation is that our clients can save thousands in costs by not having to hire a contractor to re-insulate a valve that requires frequent access for routine maintenance. All of our Pads are designed for the simplest and self-explanatory installation so our clients can easily remove and re-install them on their own with minimal common used tools.
