Steam Tracing

Giles provides a wide array of specialty services, one of which is our Electric Heat Tracing and Steam Tracing services. Our tracing systems are custom designed and installed to meet our client’s specific needs whether it be heat conservation, freeze protection or process efficiency.

We work closely with our suppliers to specify and design Electrical and Steam Tracing systems for all types and sizes of piping, equipment, containers, instrumentation and tanks.

The value of having Giles install the Tracing system is that we are also the insulators that cover the tracing when complete, with being the “next guys” to work on the traced piece of equipment gives us an advantage of knowing “what the next guy needs” therefore vastly reducing or eliminating the amount of re-work or changes needed and in return completing the project faster and more efficiently.
